National Institute of Intellectual Property
Deputy Director of the National Institute of Intellectual Property of the Committee for Intellectual Property Rights of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Mr. Yerzhan Zhunissov, and Head of the Industrial Designs Examination Division, Ms. Lyazzat Salken, participated in the III International Conference of the Assembly of Eurasian Patent Attorneys titled “The Eurasian Patent System. Present and Future”.
The event, organized with the support of the Eurasian Patent Office and the Committee for Intellectual Property Rights of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, brought together patent attorneys, experts, business representatives and members of the professional community to discuss current issues related to the development of intellectual property in the Eurasian region.
During the conference, participants discussed current trends in the development of the Eurasian patent system, issues of law enforcement practice, forensic examination in the field of intellectual property, as well as challenges related to the spread of counterfeit products on the internet and online marketplaces.
The participation of a Kazpatent representative in the conference highlights the importance of professional dialogue and the further strengthening of cooperation in the field of intellectual property protection across the Eurasian region.
