National Institute of Intellectual Property
The RSE “NIIP” informs about an increase in phone calls from unknown individuals posing as Institute employees regarding the registration of intellectual property (IP) objects.
These individuals may mislead applicants by claiming certain services are mandatory, requesting payment, and sending invoices.
Please note:
- All services related to the registration of IP objects at RSE “NIIP” are provided only through official channels — via the online personal account or upon a written request from the applicant;
- Institute employees do not make phone calls requesting payment and do not issue invoices based on phone inquiries.
In this regard, we urge you to treat such calls with caution, as they may be fraudulent.
If you receive such a call:
- do not disclose your personal or financial information;
- do not make payments using the provided details;
- end the call immediately and block the number;
- if necessary, contact the call center and report the number that contacted you.
Please remain vigilant and use only official communication channels.
