On March 3, a webinar was held for the employees of JSC “Science Fund.” During the webinar, issues related to patenting of inventions and utility models in the Republic of Kazakhstan, patenting under the Eurasian Patent Convention (EAPC) system and the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT), specifics of copyright, use of industrial property objects, as well as judicial practice in the field of patenting were discussed.
Similar training events are planned in the future for other interested stakeholders.
