National Institute of Intellectual Property
For many years, the activities of the RSE “National Institute of Intellectual Property” of the Intellectual Property Rights Committee of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Kazpatent) were represented by its previous corporate symbol, which became a recognizable sign of the intellectual property system of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Today, amid rapid technological development, digitalization, and global transformation, Kazpatent presents its updated logo reflecting the organization’s modern stage of development, openness to innovation, and commitment to continuous improvement.
The new visual identity symbolizes dynamism, progress, protection of intellectual potential, and integration into the international professional community. Particular attention was paid to preserving the continuity and recognizability of the brand while emphasizing its contemporary character.
The rebranding forms part of Kazpatent’s ongoing efforts aimed at modernizing its activities, improving the quality of services, and strengthening cooperation with applicants, rights holders, partners, and international organizations.
The updated logo will be gradually introduced across official resources, informational materials, and communication platforms of the organization.
